We understand that sometimes plans don’t run exactly on time! You can arrive up to 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after your booked time slot, provided this falls within the attraction’s operating hours.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your booked time, we cannot guarantee entry and you may need to rebook for another available time.
