Cancellations (7+ days before the experience)
Bookings are non-refundable.
Guests may reschedule their experience for a $15 administration fee.
To arrange this, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Rescheduling (72+ hours before the experience)
Rescheduling is allowed for a $30 rescheduling fee.
To arrange this, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Within 72 hours of the experience
Rescheduling is not permitted, except in cases of valid, documented emergencies:
Flight cancellations (airline confirmation required)
Medical emergencies (doctor’s certificate required)
Please provide documentation when contacting our Customer Care Team.
No-shows
Failure to attend will be considered a forfeit of the experience.
No reschedule or credit will be offered.
