To help protect the wellbeing of koalas, NSW regulations do not allow guests to cuddle or hold koalas. This applies to all zoos and wildlife parks across New South Wales.
At WILD LIFE Sydney, you’ll still have the opportunity to enjoy an amazing up-close experience with our koalas. We carefully manage how often each koala participates in guest experiences, helping to ensure their comfort and wellbeing at all times.
Please arrive at the main entrance of WILD LIFE Sydney BEFORE 7:15am on the day of your booking and wait for a team member to collect you.
Guests who arrive at 7:15am or later will not be able to join the Koala Breakfast.
As the experience takes place before the attraction opens to the general public, our team will leave the entrance with the breakfast group at 7:15am and will not be available to admit late arrivals.
