All tickets for our attraction are now digital; we no longer need to process physical vouchers at our Admissions desk.
Please ensure you have pre-purchased your guest's tickets for the correct date and time, and forward a copy of their digital barcode/QR code to them. They will need to present this digital ticket at the attraction entrance for scanning. They do not need to have a printed copy of their ticket; it is sufficient to show their digital ticket on their mobile device.
