WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo is wheelchair accessible throughout the attraction, with ramps and a lift connecting the different levels.
Please be aware that some areas of the attraction have low lighting, and the outdoor area of Kangaroo Walkabout has uneven ground.
Wheelchairs are available to borrow from Admissions on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. You will need to leave a form of ID with our team while using the wheelchair.
Some additional or behind-the-scenes experiences may not be suitable for guests using a wheelchair. If you are unsure about the accessibility of a particular experience, please contact our Customer Care Team before your visit.
