When you purchase your admission tickets online, you will have an option to select Koala Encounter's as an add on to your ticket.
If you were unable to book your encounter with your tickets, you can also purchase the Koala Encounter separately through the experience page on the website. Please note to you cannot do the experience without an entrance ticket.
