When you buy a Sydney Attraction Pass on the WILD LIFE Sydney website, you will be required to select a date and time for your visit.
Your booked time helps us regulate the number of guests entering the attraction throughout the day and provide a better experience for everyone. You can join the queue up to 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after your booked time. Please note that this is an arrival window and does not guarantee immediate entry.
Your Sydney Attraction Pass is valid for 60 days from your selected start date, giving you time to visit the other attraction(s) included in your pass.
The discounted multi-attraction price is based on the total price you would pay if purchasing admission to each included attraction separately.

If you need to change the date or time of an existing booking, you can do so through our booking portal or contact our team by phone for assistance. Changes are subject to availability, and we may not be able to move your booking to an earlier time if that time slot is already fully booked.
